Ordering
How does ordering work?
Send us your product, quantity, sizes, colors, decoration method, and logo. We make a mockup for your approval, send a quote that includes shipping, and once you approve and pay, we start production. You get photos before it ships.
Do you make a mockup before production?
Yes. We always send a digital mockup showing your logo, its placement, and size on the garment. Production starts only after you approve it.
What do you need to quote me?
Fabric type, color, sizes and quantity per size, whether the logo is printed or embroidered and where it goes, your shipping destination, and your logo file.
How do I pay?
Most orders are paid in full upfront. For larger or tailored orders we can do 50% now and 50% before shipping. Atlanta customers can pay at the shop or online.
When does production start?
As soon as your payment is confirmed. Let us know once you have paid and we begin right away.
Pricing and quantities
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum is 1 piece. Orders under 20 pieces are priced higher per piece, and the exact rate depends on the product and service. Some fabrics and colors also have their own minimums. Ask us for a quote at your quantity.
Does the price include my logo?
Yes. Standard embroidery or printing of your logo is included in the quoted per-piece price. Specialty decoration like puff embroidery, reflective printing, or contrast collars and plackets starts at a higher minimum and adds a small amount per piece.
Why does the price per piece change with quantity?
We price per piece, and the rate drops as quantity goes up. Small orders cost more per piece; larger runs cost less.
Do you charge for artwork?
If you send production-ready vector art, there is no recreation cost. If we have to recreate lettering or a graphic from reference images, that can add to the quote.
Shipping, production, and pickup
Where is my order made, and how long does it take?
Most orders are produced in Vietnam with a lead time of about 2 to 3 weeks, then shipped to you. If your fabric is already in stock it can be faster.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted per order based on your quantity and destination, and it is confirmed in your quote before you pay. Free local pickup is available for orders made at our Atlanta shop.
Can you make it faster, or can I pick up in Atlanta?
Tailored and measured pieces can be made at our Atlanta shop, where in-person fitting is available, rush production can be done within 7 days, and local pickup is free. Standard bulk production in Vietnam does not offer rush service.
Do you offer fitting and alterations?
Select made-to-measure garments include free fitting and alteration if needed. For all other garments, alterations are available at our ATL Tailor shop at 50% off the normal rate.
